Experience the thrill of surfing with our year-round private or group lessons. All lessons include wetsuits and surfboards. Our trained instructors will guide you through fun and safe learn-to-surf sessions. Surf Lessons are available daily from 8:00am-10:00am. AmpSurf™ is a non-profit organization established to Promote, Inspire, Educate and Rehabilitate (PIER™). Location: 163 Addie Street Pismo Beach, CA 93449. We are stoked to combine two of our most popular programs, Surf on Saturdays(SOS) and VetSurf! These two programs serve Veterans (VetSurf), local disabled, and First Responders. The programs run all year on the 1st and 3rd Saturday each month at the Addie St. beach access in beautiful Pismo Beach. AmpSurf provides all necessary surfing equipment and wetsuits for new surfers, Certified Surf Instructors are available to teach any participants wanting to learn to surf. A beach access wheelchair is available for anyone who requires it. Those who already surf, please just bring your gear. Anyone wanting to learn to surf should bring the following items: Swim suit, Towel, Sun screen, Picture ID. AmpSurf will provide a surfboard, wetsuit, and rash guard. A beach wheelchair is available if needed for those learning.
