Postpartum nesting prep session

A gathering intended to nourish mothers & expecting families prior to the arrival of their little ones. We’ll drop in together with a meditation/visualization, a journaling prompt, and then open the conversation with guiding questions presented if needed. Additionally, we’ll craft some herbal tea blends, share ancestral & treasured postpartum recipes, discuss fears/worries/dreams/boundaries, and ensure everyone feels better resourced following our meeting.
