Old World x New World Dinner

Saturday, August 30th at 6 pm. Location: L'Aventure Winery, 2815 Live Oak Rd, Paso Robles. Tickets: $260. This special evening centers on thoughtful, side-by-side wine pairings—Old World selections imported by Procure Wines served alongside New World expressions from L’Aventure, designed to showcase the unique personalities of place and philosophy in each pour. The wines will be paired with a five-course menu curated by Chef Steven Fretz of Coast Range in Solvang, whose résumé includes work with Michael Mina, David Burke, and Curtis Stone. Under his leadership, Coast Range has earned its place in the Michelin Guide four years running.
