Stuffed grape leaves are a sign of warm hospitality and friendship among many Eastern Mediterranean cultures. Known by several names including dolma, sarma, warak enab, and yalanchi. Our class will be lead by long time friend and wine club member Mimi Koligian and her traditional recipe for Armenian Yalanchi - grape leaves stuffed with a mixture of vegetables and rice along with Bourma an Armenian dessert similar to Baklava.
