Bang Muay Thai is a Dutch-influenced striking system created by Duane "Bang" Ludwig, a former world-class kickboxer, UFC fighter, and 2X UFC Coach of the Year. It's based on traditional Muay Thai, but with modern techniques- optimized for MMA. BMT is made to work against takedowns, in the cage, and with MMA gloves.
