Winemaker's Dinner Feat. Campion Wines

October 5, 2025 from 5:30-8pm. Join us in welcoming Campion for a signature wine dinner event! Enjoy a fine five-course meal accompanied by hand-selected Campion wines! In addition to delicious plates, this is also a learning experience where a Campion expert will guide you through the tasting notes of each wine pairing. The five-course menu features: Blue Cheese & Cranberries Spinach Salad With Balsamic Dressing, Spicy Shrimp Crustinies Topped with Guacamole and Chipotle Mayo Sauce, Home-Grown Tomato & Basil Soup from our Sister Property 46 Ranch, New York Steak Topped with an Italian Chimichurri Sauce, Fig Bread Pudding with a Whisky Carmel Sauce. Tickets are $130 per person + tax and must be pre-purchased. The event will take place outdoors in the charming garden area at Cambria Pines Lodge. Must be 21+ to attend.
