Grow & Gather: A Perinatal Wellness Circle

Thursday Jun 12, 2025 - Thursday Jul 31, 2025. This event begins on June 12, and repeats every Thursday until July 31. The hours are 10:00 am - 11:30 am. This small group gathering provides support for expectant and postpartum parents/caregivers in nurturing their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. We’ll create a safe space where attendees can connect, reflect, and grow through their shared and lived experience of pregnancy into parenthood. The group meets in the natural setting of the Children’s Garden at the SLO Botanical Garden. This event will offer guest speakers, guided journaling, peer support, and facilitated discussions, all rooted in evidence-based care and holistic wellness. Registration is $60.
