Mondays and Fridays 10:00am - 11:00am. Fee: $10/ class or punch pass $70/10 classes. Pilates uses specific exercises to work muscles, enhance endurance and improve balance, posture and flexibility. Pilate is beneficial for everyone - no experience necessary. Bring a fitness mat and water.
