Modern Contemporary Program Level 1

This beginner class introduces dancers to the foundations of modern technique and how it complements ballet training in support of contemporary movement. Students will explore moving in parallel and turned-out positions, introduction to floor work and grounded movement, and expressive tools to connect emotion and motion. A great first step into the expressive world of modern and contemporary dance! Class held weekly. Location: 1324 Vendels Circle, Suite 101, Paso Robles.
