Savor a quintessential Paso Wine Country experience on the Cass Winery vineyard, as you explore 24+ wineries of Paso Robles along the Paso Back Roads Wine Trail. Discover new flavors, meet the passionate winemakers & proprietors of these family-owned wineries, and experience your new favorite Wine Trail at the annual Grand Tasting! The VIP Experience begins at 12 pm and allows you to engage with the winemakers for an intimate look at their world of wine-making, followed by lunch in the Barrel Room. General Admission guests will join for the Collective Grand Tasting from 2PM - 4PM on the veranda. This showcase of 24+ wineries is embellished by live music, a beautiful cheese & charcuterie grazing board from Executive Chef Charles Paladin Wayne, and amuse bouche expertly paired by the winemakers themselves.
