DIY Worm Composting Workshop

Join ECOSLO upstairs at the SLO Public Market on January 14 from 5:30–7:30 PM for a hands-on DIY Worm Composting Workshop! Mike di Milo from Science Discovery will teach you everything you need to know to build your own worm composting bin and turn your kitchen scraps into nutrient-rich soil. Bring a 10-gallon Rubbermaid storage container to follow along and create one to take home, or just come for the instruction. Special thanks to Kathleen Naughton from Honey’s Bait for providing the worms. Space is limited to about 20 participants, so RSVP soon to secure your spot at this unique and interactive workshop! This event is for all ages, but children must be accompanied by an adult.
