Thursdays at 5:45pm (60 min). This is a kind hatha practice, focused on an integration of meditation, breath-work and rejuvenating movement. Students learn to slow down their breathing on the mat so they can breathe through difficult or uncomfortable situations in other parts of life. They practice “finding their edge”--pushing themselves through endurance in difficult poses to develop more strength, as well as practicing surrender and letting go of ego or outcome and being in the present moment.
