Yin and Yoga Nidra

Fridays at 5:30pm (75 min). This nourishing class begins with a 45 min yin practice committing to holding supported asanas for longer lengths of time, in stillness, and softness. Cultivating deep and rhythmic breath will be a focus in our practice. Class finishes with yoga nidra, described as yogic sleep or the state between sleep and waking consciousness, and is supported with guided meditation and sound healing.
