Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7:15 AM - 8:00 AM. Intervals, rolling hills, sprints, climbs, runs, surges and jumps all to music hand-picked to motivate and inspire! This is a great workout if you want to burn calories and increase endurance. Come on in for the ride! Please bring water and a towel. This class is held outdoors on our covered patio with a view when the weather is nice, otherwise we're in studio 2!
