Every Tuesday @ 8:30AM and Friday @ 9:30AM. Our gentle yoga classes are designed to help restore balance and soothe the nervous system, while moving mindfully through a sequence of poses at a modified, gentle pace. You will be guided to consciously connect breath with movement while focusing on alignment, building strength, practicing balance, and increasing flexibility all along the way. Perfect for any level, from beginner to those recovering from injury, as well as prenatal and postnatal moms, and those who simply wish to slow down, tune in and explore. Every Monday @ 7PM and Wednesday @ 6:30PM. In this class you will learn unique pole mounts and intimate routines designed to give you a strong, toned physique. Please wear work-out shorts, no longer than mid-thigh. Please do not wear any jewelry. Hand and body lotions are slippery, so please skip those prior to class.
