Every Thursday @ 8:30 AM. Hatha refers to the physical practice of yoga. Classes focus on breathwork, postures, relaxation, and meditation. This is an excellent class to learn the foundations of yoga in a safe and supportive environment. Postures are held for an extended period to ensure proper alignment, build strength, and flexibility. Please bring a mat.
