Group Class - Upper/Lower Body Workout

Every Tuesday and Thursday from 5-6pm at Fitness for Life Studio (Address: 4210 Bridge St Ste 4., Cambria, CA 93428). This is an energetic 1 hour class using step & weights for glutes & hamstrings and a pilates sequence for upper body toning.
