Join us for a therapist-led support group designed to help our queer community process emotions and find healing in a safe, supportive space. Whether you're feeling grief, frustration, uncertainty, or hope, you're not alone. This gathering offers a place to share, reflect, and connect with others who understand the complexities of this moment. There will be a guided emotional processing session led by a licensed therapist, space for open discussion, sharing, and support, grounding exercises to help regulate emotions, and opportunities to express feelings through journaling and reflection.
