Dance Fitness Art & Culture 08/2025

Tuesdays from Aug 5, 2025 - Aug 26, 2025 from 4:00 PM - 5:00 PM. Location: Grover Beach Comm. Ctr - Main Room. Enjoy a beginning level class that includes body and breath awareness, stretching, low-impact aerobics, and dance activities that include an eclectic range of genres and multi-cultural forms. The class will include modern, jazz, Broadway, ethnic, and improvisation. Lighten your spirit and feel joy! The instructor has a M.F.A. in Dance and a background of 50+ years teaching dance.
