Dance Fitness Art & Culture 11/2025

Enjoy a beginning level class that includes body and breath awareness, stretching, low-impact aerobics, and dance activities that include an eclectic range of genres and multi-cultural forms. The class will include modern, jazz, Broadway, ethnic, and improvisation. Lighten your spirit and feel joy! The instructor has a M.F.A. in Dance and a background of 50+ years teaching dance. Fee: $30 (4 class series), drop-in fee: $10. Participants must be 18+. No class 11/25. Location: Grover Beach Community Center.
