Doomsday Adult Roller Fitness & Flow November 2025

Thursdays from Nov 6, 2025 - Nov 20, 2025. Time: 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM. This group is for adults 18+. Activity location: Grover Beach Community Center, Main Room. In this class, skaters roll indoors to cardio- and roller-dance-inspired music in a no-pressure setting. Using styles and moves from speed skating to street dance to artistic roller dancing, this class is filled with high energy vibes! All levels are welcome to join, and the class is flexible to most levels of skaters. Please bring a yoga mat, water, and towel. We strongly recommend that you take our Basic Skills & Safety class first before joining this session if you do not feel stable getting up and down from the ground while on skates and in a workout setting.
