Sundays from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM. This activity is for kids aged 6-17. Activity location: Grover Heights Tennis Courts. TennisCize combines innovative drills and high-energy games set to music, creating a fun and motivating environment that boosts fitness and keeps players engaged. It blends a thorough warm-up, tennis specific conditioning, and stroke development exercises into one dynamic session. Suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to advanced players. Each class session is $25 per participant.
