This 6 Session Series will meet from 1-2 pm on July 8, 10, 15, 17, 22 and 24, 2025. Each class blends gentle yoga poses, playful movement, and mindfulness in a way that keeps kids engaged and smiling. Through creative games, themed activities, music, and storytelling. This offering is for kids ages 7–11. Cost is $108 for the complete 6-session series, or your child can attend any single class for $22 each. Each session will build upon the previous and will give your kids a wonderful, full experience of what yoga is all about! While prenatal yoga is a safe practice, depending upon your unique pregnancy, it may be important to consult with your midwife/doctor.
