Dignity Health Central Coast is pleased to host ongoing support group meetings for individuals that have experienced a stroke and/or caregivers. We meet on the third Monday of every month from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Arroyo Grande Community Hospital (345 S. Halcyon Road) in the Annex Building Conference Room. Wednesday: August 27, 2025 from 5:30-6:30 pm at Copeland Health Education Center in the Urology Classroom (first floor) -- 1911 Johnson Ave, San Luis Opispo (located behind French Hospital Medical Center). The Diabetes Support Group is held quarterly and is a place for education and discussion, covering a variety of topics related to health & diabetes. The group, led by Angela Fissell MS, RDN Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, is free and open to the public.
