Pouring Through Time

Friday, Sept 12 & Saturday, Sept 13, 2025 from 5:30 to 7:00pm. Please join us at our annual fundraiser to celebrate the work of the History Center, as well as the wine industry of San Luis Obispo County. The first of this two-day event is A SIP OF THE PAST, A TASTE OF THE FUTURE, held at the Dallidet Adobe & Gardens - home of Pierre Dallidet, San Luis Obispo's first commercial winemaker - where we will highlight the best of established and up-and-coming potables. Our second day is A TOAST TO SAN LUIS OBISPO'S WINE HISTORY, at the historic Octagon Barn. A garden-to-table dinner, silent and live auctions, and keynote celebrating Saucelito Canyon Vineyard will bring to the fore how much important wine history we have here in San Luis Obispo County.
