6-Week Dementia Care Partners Support Group

Tuesdays from Nov. 4 - Dec. 9. Location: 1304 Pacific Street, San Luis Obispo. Time: 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm. This group will be 6-8 people and it's free of charge, though participants are required to purchase the workbook: "The Dementia Care-Partner’s Workbook: A Guide for Understanding, Education, and Hope by Edward G.
