Bon Voyage to Richard Carsel

Saturday August 23, 2025 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Richard Carsel is a former lay leader and past president of CBD and TNS. His temple, Congregation Ohr Tzafon of Atascadero (COT), is hosting a goodbye party for him on Saturday, August 23rd, beginning at 5 pm at the Atascadero Lake Pavillion.
