Milling & Production Tour

Weekly tour on Saturdays from 2-4PM (subject to owner's availability). Tour only rate: $15, tour + olive oil tasting: $25. This tour with owner/miller, Gregg, takes you through the complex and time-sensitive process of crushing olives, extracting the olive oil, and ensuring the resulting product is high quality. You’ll learn about mechanical and chemical processes in the milling and storage of olive oil. This is a fun tour for the scientifically curious!
