Sun, May 11, 3:30-5 pm. $30. Dosa, naan, tortilla, injera – so many delicious kinds of flatbreads are made around the world using native yeast and bacteria to create complex flavors and leavening. In this class we will review simple recipes for creating delicious flatbreads (most gluten free!) which are made with simple ingredients but use the power of beneficial microbes to create amazing flavor! Attendees will get to sample flatbreads as they watch the demonstration and will leave with a recipe packet and confidence to begin making their own at home!
