Sun, June 8, 3:30-5 pm. $50. Learn to create traditionally fermented hot sauces to suit your desired level of spice! We will be working with organic produce, spices and peppers to create a complex flavor profile that is unlike any store-bought hot sauce you can find. You will learn techniques and practices for safe home fermentation that can be applied to many other recipes. Bring your own knife and cutting board, we will supply the rest!
