Sundays from 5-6pm (60 min). Reiki Sound Bath is a potent combination of two nourishing and revitalizing modalities. Reiki is an ancient Japanese form of energy healing that involves channeling universal life force energy through a light or no touch method through the practitioner's hands. “Rei” means universal, and “ki" means life force energy. The sound frequencies from singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments have a remarkable ability to gently ease your body into a state of restoration, working in harmony with your body’s innate self healing system. The addition of Reiki enhances this experience further leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. This class is for all levels.
