Eagle Tour

Every Tuesday to Friday at 9:00 am and 2pm. Meeting point: 22719 El Camino Real Santa Margarita, CA 93453. Come learn about a few common bird species that live on the Santa Margarita Ranch, with a focus on Bald Eagles, Golden Eagles, and Red-tailed Hawks. Together, we will take a walk on the wild side while we gain an understanding of the role that these organisms play in the Ranch ecosystem. We will learn how to identify these birds using sight and sound and find out why they are so famous. Let's uncover some of the mystery surrounding their lives! This tour includes a scenic ¾-mile hike with minimal elevation gain. If you have mobility concerns, we can happily accommodate as long as weather and road conditions permit.
