Sound Journey Cancer Support - January

Guided by Dee DiGioia of Mindful Kindful YOUniversity, each Sound Journey — also known as a Sound Bath — offers a soothing and immersive soundscape designed to calm the body, quiet the mind, and support emotional balance. The experience features a variety of therapeutic instruments, including crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and more — inviting you to simply rest and be held in waves of resonance that gently guide you toward deep inner peace. Integrative practices such as breathwork and guided meditation are woven throughout to deepen relaxation and presence. This experience is offered for anyone touched by cancer — offering care, renewal, and gentle support for patients, survivors, caregivers, families, healthcare providers, and those navigating post-cancer healing or loss.
