Every Tuesday and Thursday. 10:30 – 11:30am at Morro Bay Community Center. This traditional activity entails standing and performing a number of body movements at slow speed. There is an emphasis on proper technique and quiet reflection. Perfect for ages 55+ looking to get or stay in shape!
