Every Wednesday from 8:15am to 9:15am at New Life Community Church (990 James Way, Pismo Beach, CA 93449). New Life Senior Fitness is a balanced conditioning class designed to improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, and flexibility for those 55 years and older. Classes include low impact aerobics, resistance training using bands, strength training with light hand weights, and plenty of stretching. In order to gain the full benefit of this class, you will need a small playground ball, an elastic dynaband, and a set of hand weights. These items may be purchased at Big 5, Sports Authority, Walmart, or Target. We have loaner equipment available for first timers or visitors. Every Wednesday from 8:30am-12:00pm. King’s Crew is a group of volunteers who meet at the church every Wednesday to help with practical projects. Painting railings, tearing out walls, setting tile, constructing cabinets, and placing drywall are just samples of the types of work done by this team. Every Thursday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm. In our Doll ministry, women pray, encourage each other, and enjoy fellowship as they create beautiful dolls to share with children all over the world. Every week on Wednesday from 9:00am to 11:30am. Join us for connection and blanket making! Our creations get delivered to newborns in our community, as well as hospitals and others in need. We hope you’ll join us in brightening people’s days. This event takes place in the House at New Life Community Church.

Every month on the first Thursday of the month from 11:00am to 12:30pm, New Life Community Church.offers a support group for those with Parkinson's Disease and other neuro-degenerative diseases, as well as their caregivers.
