Saturday, August 16th, 2025 from 4:00 PM–6:00 PM at Niner Wine Estates. Join us in celebrating the release of our newest Sparkling Wine! We’ve wanted to make a Sparking Wine that is lively, fresh and approachable for some time, and the 2022 Blanc de Blancs is just that. It’s made from a blend of Chardonnay and Albariño and, while it’s made in the methode traditionelle (like our other Sparklings), we kept the aging short and bottled it with a crown cap instead of a cork. This is sure to become a hidden gem in our portfolio of wines! This walk-around tasting event will include seasonally inspired bites from our restaurant. We’ll also be serving an assortment of other wines for you to taste while you mingle with other guests. This event will be held at the tasting room and may be indoor or outdoor depending on the weather. Tickets are $95 for the public and $75 for Wine Club Members and include food, wine and tip (tax will be applied). Saturday, August 23rd, 2025 from 5:30 PM–9:00 PM at Niner Wine Estates. Fog Catcher is our flagship Bordeaux blend and this dinner will give you a chance to experience this wine like never before. Winemaker Patrick Muran has been crafting Fog Catcher for over 15 years and he will delve into his library collection to showcase some special vintages alongside a few remarkable single-varietal Bordeaux wines. Patrick will be collaborating with Chef Brendan Collins to design an unforgettable menu filled with special ingredients designed to highlight the rich, powerful nature of Fog Catcher. Menu and wines coming soon! This dinner will include outdoor, communal seating and a coursed, plated dinner. Although Paso Robles is often warm in August, we do recommend wearing layers and bringing a jacket for later in the evening. Tickets are $225 for the public and $195 for Wine Club Members and include food, wine and tip (tax will be applied). Saturday, November 15th, 2025 from 4:00 PM–6:00 PM. Price $75 (for Wine Club Members Only). Venue: Niner Wine Estates. Join us in celebrating the release of the 2019 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon! This special wine represents the top Heart Hill Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the vintage. We aged it in a selection of special French oak barrels and made only 91 cases. This is a rich and layered Cabernet Sauvignon built to age exceptionally well. This walk-around tasting event will include seasonally inspired bites from our restaurant. We’ll also be serving an assortment of Autumn inspired wines for you to taste while you mingle with other guests. Tickets are $75 and include food, wine and tip (tax will be applied).
