Sparkling Wine Release Party

Saturday, August 16th, 2025 from 4:00 PM–6:00 PM at Niner Wine Estates. Join us in celebrating the release of our newest Sparkling Wine! We’ve wanted to make a Sparking Wine that is lively, fresh and approachable for some time, and the 2022 Blanc de Blancs is just that. It’s made from a blend of Chardonnay and Albariño and, while it’s made in the methode traditionelle (like our other Sparklings), we kept the aging short and bottled it with a crown cap instead of a cork. This is sure to become a hidden gem in our portfolio of wines! This walk-around tasting event will include seasonally inspired bites from our restaurant. We’ll also be serving an assortment of other wines for you to taste while you mingle with other guests. This event will be held at the tasting room and may be indoor or outdoor depending on the weather. Tickets are $95 for the public and $75 for Wine Club Members and include food, wine and tip (tax will be applied).
