Family Day: Three Sisters Planting & Chumash Ethnobotany

Sept. 7th from 9:30 - 12:30. Join us in an outdoor community gathering space that's perfect for the whole family, but especially for pregnant women, mothers, fathers, and caregivers with youth 0-3 (and older). This will be a fun day including: plant wisdom lessons, garden-based recipes, ecological studies, and tips on integrating this knowledge into our everyday lives. We will be tasting, cooking, and sharing a meal together (please bring supplemental food for your own comfort). This event costs $30 for the day, including materials.
