Socrates Café

Tuesday, October 7, 2025 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM. Join our monthly meeting of Socrates Café at the Paso Robles City Library, a gathering where people explore philosophical ideas through discussion. Based on the Socratic method of learning, the goal is to work together to create meaning from complex questions. October's discussion will explore answers to the question, "Why are we afraid of people who are different from us?" America prides itself on being a home to many cultures, but how we respond to people who are different from us is often at odds with this national identity.
