1: Reform Pilates Class

Every Monday from 9:00-9:50 am (50 min). 1: Reform is a Level 1 class in the PCS Level System, designed for beginners and those building on their foundational Pilates skills. This class uses the full Pilates system, incorporating the Mat, Reformer, and other apparati and props to reform the body through dynamic, effective movement. The class focuses on core strength, stability, flexibility, and body awareness as you develop a deep understanding of Pilates principles. As a Level 1 class, 1: Reform sets the foundation for progression, helping you develop the mind-body connection, Pilates proficiency, and technical mastery necessary for advancing to more dynamic levels like 2: Reform.
