Every Friday from 3:30-4:20 PM (50 min). This class is perfect for those who have progressed beyond Level 1 and are ready to enhance their Pilates practice while improving flexibility and mobility. 1.5: Stretch & Flow blends dynamic Pilates movements with targeted stretching, mobility exercises, and Reformer work to deepen your practice. Expect a full-body workout that combines strength-building Pilates with active stretches and flexibility training.
