1.5: Teacher's Choice Class

Mondays from 5:30-6:20 pm (50 min). 1.5: Teacher's Choice is a dynamic class designed for students who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their Pilates practice to the next level. This class invites you to explore a variety of Pilates apparati (Reformer, chair, mat, tower, spine corrector, and more) while your instructor customizes the flow to challenge your body and mind. Each class is unique, with exercises and resources chosen by the teacher to suit the needs and goals of the group. This class bridges the gap between Level 1 and Level 2 by incorporating more complex movements and multi-coordinated exercises, all while maintaining a focus on control, precision, and form. Students will refine their technique, improve flexibility, and build strength in a supportive, engaging environment. Price: $35 Drop-in. (See website for membership plans and discounts).
