Every Tuesday from 12:00-12:50 pm (50 min). 1.5: Tower introduces you to the Tower apparatus, one of the key tools in the Pilates system. This class focuses on using the Tower to deepen your understanding of Pilates principles while enhancing your strength, flexibility, and body awareness. The Tower offers a different dimension to your practice, incorporating springs and bars to support and challenge your body in unique ways. In this class, you'll refine your technique while learning new tools and movements to take your practice to the next level.
