Every Monday from 4:30-5:20 pm (50 min). 50-55 Minute Class. 3: STAMINA is the ultimate challenge for advanced Pilates practitioners. This high-intensity class pushes your endurance, strength, and mental focus, using both Classical Pilates Mat and Reformer systems. With continuous movement and repetition, you'll build the stamina needed to take your practice to the next level. 3: STAMINA requires teacher approval to enroll. Participants should have a solid foundation in Pilates terminology, modifications, and strength/endurance. This class is ideal for those looking to refine their technique while focusing on long-duration movements. We recommend attending a free 30-minute intro session or participating in Level 1 and Level 2 classes to prepare for the demands of 3: STAMINA.
