Mindfulness: Intro to Grounding, Healing, Intuition Class

Feeling stuck or stressed? Explore different ways to tap into your natural intuition and find clarity. This class will cover healing and intuition in the form of grounding, visualization, breathwork, and affirmations. In addition to your registration fee, there is a $10 supply fee payable to the instructor to cover the cost of materials.
