Every Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM. Rev HIIT is a combination of exercises in a High Intensity Interval Training style. These circuits are usually in 30 seconds increments with short breaks between the rounds. These full body exercises will deliver measurable results, shed fat, and build lean muscle!
