Every Saturday from 9-10AM, this high-energy, full-body workout fuses the power of indoor cycling, strength training, and HIIT-style boot camp into one sweat-packed 60-minute session. The first 30 minutes are spent on the bike, where you'll ride through intervals, climbs, and sprints—with light hand weights added in to challenge your upper body and core while keeping your heart rate soaring. Then, hit the floor for 30 minutes of strength and boot camp-style HIIT. You'll rotate through circuits using dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight exercises to build muscle, boost endurance, and torch calories long after class ends. Expect loud beats, nonstop motivation, and a coach who pushes you to unlock your next level. All fitness levels welcome—modifications always offered. Just bring your energy and leave stronger.
