Full Moon Yoga

Embrace the energy of the full moon with a grounding evening of yoga, tea, and sound healing at Saunter Yoga & Wellness. We’ll flow through a mindful asana practice, sip tea together in ceremony, and bathe in the healing vibrations of sound, connecting to ourselves and the lunar energy.
