Grow & Gather: A Perinatal Wellness Circle

June 12 @ 10:00 am - July 31 @ 11:30 am. $60 for the group, which meets once per week on Thursdays, from 10am until 11:30am from June 11 thru July 31, for an eight-week session. This small group gathering provides support for expectant and postpartum parents/caregivers in nurturing their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. We’ll create a safe space where attendees can connect, reflect, and grow through their shared and lived experience of pregnancy into parenthood. The group meets in the natural setting of the Children’s Garden at the SLO Botanical Garden. This event will offer guest speakers, guided journaling, peer support, and facilitated discussions, all rooted in evidence-based care and holistic wellness.
