The San Luis Obispo Philatelic Society
Hosted by
San Luis Obispo Senior Center
The San Luis Obispo Philatelic Society (SLOPS) meets on the first and third Tuesday of each month from 1:00-3:00 pm at the San Luis Obispo Senior Center. Meetings last approximately two hours and usually feature a short program on some aspect of philatelic history or a show-and-tell about a member’s collection. Occasionally, SLOPS will help an outside community member with advice on how to dispose of their (often inherited) stamp collection. All members of the Senior Center are welcome and encouraged to attend SLOPS meetings. To become a voting member or to participate in stamp auctions and raffle, dues are $15 annually. For more information, SLOPS can be reached at slostampclub@gmail.com. This event is for adults 55+.
